Energy, heating and cooling at Masseria Pistola

Masseria Pistola combines historic stone architecture with modern heating and cooling for a comfortable private stay in the Canale di Pirro.

Air-source heat pumps

The estate’s original technical description records six 34 kW Carrier air-to-water heat pumps. These support hot water, heating and cooling within the house, underfloor heating and pool heating.

Comfort through the seasons

The house systems provide warmth in cooler months and cooling during summer. Speak to our team about the seasonal arrangements for your preferred dates.

Pool heating on request

Heating for the main pool and the Garden Cottage plunge pool can be arranged on request for an additional charge. Our bookings team will confirm the arrangements and charges for your stay.
